Assured Learning Australia is providing the opportunity for those currently qualified as a light vehicle technician to upgrade into the heavy commercial vehicle repair industry through an Australian Apprenticeship pathway.

 

This course is designed to develop your knowledge and skills in servicing, mechanical repairs, diagnostic techniques and electronic management systems. You will be given the opportunity to learn on some of the most up to date vehicles on the market, using the latest tools, equipment and computerised diagnostic machines. Through the course of your apprenticeship, you will apply your knowledge and practical skills to safely service and repair engines, transmissions, drivelines, steering and suspension systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, air and hydraulic braking systems as well as fuel injection and electrical circuits and systems to name a few.

 

Successful completion of this course will gain you a Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology and enable you to continue your career in the industry completing vehicle safety and roadworthy inspections, carrying out servicing, repairs and advanced diagnostic tasks. This course is delivered using a block and/or day release training model from our Perth Training Centre and your training plan will be tailored to suit your individual and employer needs.
